I think an important thing to add to this list is who sells the polystyrene beads to go in the bean bags. I bought mine just over a year ago and it is already going flat!

Ordered my bean bag chair from hotbeanbags.com and it arrived 2 days later. That is pretty unbelievable in my opinion. They will get my business again if I ever have the need for another bean bag chair.
